MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Save money on energy bills with a well maintained air conditioning and heating system by scheduling regular maintenance.We recommend servicing your unit once per year. We can also set up a maintenance contract for you. Brian or Dave will not try to sell you products you do not need during your service, example: Uv lights. We do not up sale.

INSTALLATIONS OF NEW SYSTEMS

We are a proud Rheem Dealer and can get very competitive pricing on new Rheem Air Conditioning and Heating systems. We can also install any make or model of systems that you choose. Give us a call for the best price on new installations. We also do new construction from rough to final.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

B & D Heating and A/C, Inc. is owned and operated by Brian Emel and David Roemer and was established in 2015.

Brian and Dave have both been in the Air Conditioning and Heating fields for over 30 years, most recently with Tommy's A/C here locally for over 20 years. When the owner of Tommy's A/C passed away, the company was sold to benefit his estate. Brian and Dave decided it was time to open their own business and use all of the knowledge, experience and values they had learned from their mentor over the last 20 years to move forward . We provide service, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems for residential and commercial customers.

Melissa is the office manager, she too was a former employee of Tommys A/C for over 12 years and is here to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding your experience with B & D Heating and A/C.

We also have a new construction division and welcome the opportunity to work with local builders and contractors.
